Short-Form Video

A collection of short-form video series developed as part of the Video Story Producer initiative, created for social-first platforms.

Each project explores a distinct storytelling approach, combining strong hooks, performance-driven narratives, and editing styles designed to capture attention and connect with digital audiences.

Obvious Here, New to Me

A comedic series exploring cultural differences through the eyes of a Brazilian living in Vancouver.

Concept: Highlighting everyday situations that feel unfamiliar or surprising from an outsider’s perspective, things that may seem obvious to locals but stand out to someone new to the city.
Style: Observational, ironic, and self-aware, using humor to bridge cultural contrasts.

In My Quarter-Life Crisis

A humorous and honest take on navigating life in your mid-twenties.

Concept: A dialogue between different versions of myself, exploring the doubts, pressures, and expectations that come with this phase of life and reminding us that no one really has it figured out.
Style: Direct-to-camera storytelling with a mix of humor and vulnerability.

Nat Out & About

A lifestyle series exploring places, experiences, and moments around Vancouver.

Concept: Discovering new and familiar spots through the perspective of someone experiencing the city as both an outsider and an enthusiast, capturing genuine reactions, whether it’s a first visit or a favorite place.
Style: Casual, dynamic, and personality-driven, blending exploration with spontaneous interactions.

This is Natalia

A character-driven series where an omniscient narrator comments on my everyday life.

Concept: Turning ordinary situations into narrated moments, as if my life were part of a documentary, creating a playful interaction between myself and an external voice.
Style: Voice-over narration combined with visual storytelling, using contrast between action and commentary for humor.

Family Story

A storytelling video where I share a personal childhood memory of getting lost in Disneyland. This project focuses on storytelling, performance on camera and different shots and angles.
