In 2022, Natália was a scriptwriting intern on the SBT program The Noite. In this role, she was responsible for conducting all guest research and pre-interviews for the writers.
When the production team informed the artists who would be interviewed in the upcoming recordings, Natália started a document with detailed information about each guest. It brings together links to previous interviews, whether recent or old, done in different media such as television and podcasts, and transcribes the most relevant parts to make the writers’ work easier. Natália also researched news about the interviewees and, if they had already participated in the program, reviewed what had been mentioned previously to avoid repetitions or bring back a relevant topic. After organizing all the information, Natália carried out an online pre-interview with the guest to confirm information, correct possible distortions and check if there was anything new to say.
“I think, obviously it’s a somewhat generic answer that every country has taught me something different, but the one I’ve had the most fun visiting so far is Japan. I loved, loved, loved visiting Japan. It’s very different, it seems like people are living on another planet, so there’s a whole other system and I think the fashion is really incredible there, the food is wonderful.”
“I’m not afraid. I think that the things I built, people don’t know me now, you know? I slowly built my fame, so I feel like I built something stable, on solid ground, I don’t think it’s a success that I launched and will end tomorrow. I have fans, I have people who like me and a career.”
“One time I wanted to buy a cell phone and I didn’t have any money, I thought ‘I need to get money to buy a cell phone’, so I decided I was going to start handing out pamphlets on the street, but my boss gave me a lot of pamphlets, he thought I would be able to deliver them all, so I started throwing them all down the drain.”
“I started editing videos when I was 12 years old on YouTube, I said ‘I need and I want to learn’, then I started learning on YouTube, but in 2017 I went to animation school, that gave me a little better understanding there and now we are here, learning everything, lighting, production, everything.”
